Do You Have To Be 18 To Buy Vitamin C
Anon or delete please.
Is there a minimum age? (I'm 17)
I'd like to buy these:

From a physical H&B shop, but of course I don't want to walk in and look like an idiot and not get served.
Basically I have OCD and trichotillomania, and I've been prescribed Prozac, however it's effects have pretty much worn off and I'm back to my old self after about 9 months of taking it.
Wikipedia (and other sources!!) suggest that it is a really good alternative, and as it's a naturally occuring chemical I was wondering if there is a minimum age to buy it over the counter...
Thanks
Buy em at whatever age mate
No age limit I don't think.
Holland & Barret will sell you pretty much anything at any age.
Thanks, they're just vitamin B tablets really, shouldn't be a problem.

Vitamine B tablets are the most rancid tasting tablets out. Can you not eat more of this stuff.... potatoes, bananas, lentils, chile peppers, tempeh, beans, liver oil, liver, turkey, tuna, nutritional yeast (or brewer's yeast) and molasses.
If you have ever wondered what most B vitamins taste like from he tablet, thy are very close to these B-vitamin-rich products... Marmite and Vegemite - not for m though.
You should see your GP if you feel that your medication is not having the same effect rather than self diagnosing using wikipedia.
Vitamin B complexes are water soluble vitamins so an excess to demand is just going to be excreted in your urine, it won't be stored. So unless you are not getting enough from your diet, it will literally just go straight through your system and you are wasting your money. The only vitamin B complex you need in more than a tiny amount is vitamin B12 and the vast majority of people in the UK get this from their diet.
Please see your GP before you waste your money.

Get multivitamins
Why? I'm not having a go or anything, but what vitamin is the OP actually deficient in?
OP, may I just add to my earlier post, B vitamin complexes may help you but it is something you should discuss with your doctor, especially if you are already taking medication.
